While many coaches get caught up in the "start them young" mindset, running young children through very complex and advanced drills in the hopes that they turn into Ronaldo or Messi by age 17, we view it differently.

Football is about enjoyment. It's about passion. About fun. A child that does not truly fall in love with the game will not play past the age of 12 or 13. And this is what we don't want.

​

We want to create players that love the game, like us, because we know what a great impact this beautiful sport can have on a child's life. And so, if we can instil that same love in the young players we coach, then we have succeeded.

And this is exactly what the Future Stars Program is about. Becoming the next Messi or Ronaldo is just a bonus.
